(6) POSITIVE VISUALIZATION
Here’s how it works!
Just imagine yourself doing whatever you intend to do and doing it well. Start at the beginning and imagine what you would see, hear, feel, smell, and even taste if you were in the real situation.
See yourself at each step of the process and see yourself succeeding. No pilot has landed on an aircraft carrier without seeing himself do so successfully a million times in his head. Chances are, if you cannot (or will not) see yourself succeeding you won’t.
