(3) Types of Stress
For some of us, the typical stress response is physical, for others it is emotional, and for others behavioral. Usually there is a combination, with some levels being our primary responses and others taking a secondary role. We learn about our individual responses through education and observation.
We can distinguish each type of stress response by predictable stress symptoms. We may recognize some of the following responses as typical for ourselves.
