(6) BE AWARE OF YOUR ATTITUDE !
A negative perception can limit your options! It can prevent recognition of positive resources of factors that are armenable to change. Sometimes all that needs to be changed is your own mindset ! / Is a daily stressful situation something that can be managed, or is it something that results in your feeling powerless? It could be that a negative attitude is causing more stress than necessary. / Stress can be greatly reduced just by taking control of how you think about your stressors and by recognizing what you are able to change and what you are not able to change. There are some situations that are only as stressful as you perceive them to be.
