6. LIFESTYLE CHANGES
Each day brings its share of decisions, big and small, that involve thinking through our thoughts feelings, . We respond best when we are flexible in our thinking and tolerant of our own feelings – without necessarily acting on every impulse.
Just because someone behaves in a way that makes you angry does not mean that you need to lash out. The choices we make in connection with everyday thoughts, feelings, and behavior result in either successful management or mismanagement of our stress. dd

God, grant me / the Serenity / to Accept the things / I cannot change, / the Courage to change, / the things I can, and / the Wisdom to know / the difference.
