When we do have control of events, we can take immediate action or gain new skills to address a specific cause of stress. This may involve attending specific Navy, [programs offered by professionals] classes targeting the stress identified through either self-observation or your stress log. The Navy, [many professional organizations],  offers self-improvement classes in scheduling (time management), relationships (conflict resolution, assertion training), money (financial management), and other areas.
