(7) A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR
A good sense of humor is one of the best stress management tools. Finding humor in a situation and laughing freely with others is a powerful antidote to stress. When we can laugh at and accept ourselves for who we are, we can look at ourselves in a way that leads to positive, productive action. Our sense of humor allows us to lighten our burdens, experience joy, and release tension.
