(2) CHOICE
In terms of when we would act to gain that improvement, we make choices:
– Frequency of workouts should be at least 3 times a week.
– Duration should be at least 30 minutes.
– Some commands allow 1 1/2 hours for lunch for active duty members who engage in physical activity.
– Regular group workouts can usually be integrated into normal duty days.
